I'm hoping this is the right place for this to go, if not, feel free to move it to the right forum.

I was wondering if there's any way to regain my access to the Cerberus Network. I bought the game new right when it came out and used my code for the Network, and everything was hunky dory. Since then, I loaned my game to my friend, and in the meantime got one of the new fancy Xboxes, and didn't remember to grab everything that I'd downloaded when I moved my info over. So, things like the Zaeed DLC, and the Normandy Crash Site DLC are gone for now.

I finally got the game back from my friend, and I was hoping that the code was tied to my EA account so I would have access even without the new code, but that's not the case. I have the achievement from the Zaeed DLC, so that's not my worry, but I'm about to start a playthrough on Insanity and every bit of experience helps!

I was wondering if there's any way at all I can get my access to the Network back, or if I would just have to pony up for the 1200 MSP to get it back. I tried checking under "Your Registered Game Promotions", but the only thing that showed up there is the DLC I've bought from the XBL Marketplace.

So is there anything that can be done? Like I said, I have the Zaeed achievement, so I really did have Cerberus Network before, honest!! Thanks in advance for anybody's help!

have you signed in with your EA account? once that is done zaeed and normandy should appear in the download options. if not try on the xbox website for previous downloads. https://live.xbox.co...ownload/History . you may be able to find them on the list and redownload them.

it sounds like something is wrong on EA's side as they show up in promotions. might be best to go to the ea website and ask in support whats going on. http://support.ea.com/app/home . in the "my questions" section you should see a java app at the bottom where you can talk directly to customer service, hard to find but they are very helpful once you do! good luck!
