How so? It looks EXACTLY like console Origins, just... better.
I play on the PC, and it looks completely different. I know there are people who like a voiced protagonist. I am not one of them. A big part of the immersion for me about DA:O was becoming the character -- the dialog was said in my own inner voice. This is... different.
I'm not saying better or worse. I'm not going to argue that. This is personal preference. But it has a much different feel than DA:O did.
Edit: And it's good to know that the people who were upset were correct in their assumptions. You may disagree with us being upset and think the changes are good. But you know, at least we can't be told any more that we're making things up and should wait until seeing the actual game in action.
THIS is what many of us are decrying. It's very different. And now I'm sad
I'm sure it will be a good game. And I'm sure I won't be nearly as drawn into it as I was to DA:O. This may not be a bad thing. A game as epic as DA:O, the style of game, is obviously being left behind. Hopefully some new game will pick it up
