Hello! I have a problem with an invalid CD key... you see I installed the game, then my computer crashed, and I had to restore to factory settings in order to save it. I backed up data, but most of it is missing from the neverwinter nights folder, so I reinstalled the platinum edition which I bought. The CD key was invalid and would no install, so I foudn one online; this key does not let me play online or register for an online account, and the entire reason for buying this game was to have a computer version of D&D to play with my family. What's up? How do I fix this issue?

Contact Bioware Support via email following the instructions described on the support page and explain your problem.  Response times vary but seem generally reasonable.

Codes generated outside of Bioware will NEVER work on-line.
