Until then, you could try to google it...

Also, try this. Click on your PC and right-click on her. Open the console and enter these commands:
debugmode 1
givefeat 375
Does your character get bigger?
You might also start a new game just to see what happens with a halfling or gnome character. Also try a human bard.
...
There's nothing special about either the gnome or kobold models. They're just drawn at 1:1 scale, so I have to believe there's something in your overrides that's doing this. We want to find out who's actually affected.

The appearance 2da has scaling in it. Kobolds are @ .45 scale and gnomes are @ .65. If these were changed to 1 they would be at human hight and taller than your elf.

@Shaughn: in my game I had not add any mod recently. Nor modified any .2da file... However, could you tell me some more details about this problem? I would like to check directly in the file.
EDIT:
Just checked: the files is correct. 0.45 and 0.65.

If appearance is unchanged, there is either another appearance.2da, or some custom scripting/spell effects going on.

@I_raps: I am in that moment of the game, and I had not gone around in the game since yesterday. I should check. I'll do what you have suggested, thanks.

Also give us the names of the mods you do have (romance pack and heads plus anthing else?). It would be easier and faster for us to just download them and look them over than sending questions and answers back and forth.

We were just out of the Flagon. No one has cast any spell... plus also Deekin (that is just "someone of the city") is enlarged! (please, have a look at the pic in the link)
you assume quite a bit, i have been dealing with bugs long enough to know you should not assume anything.
If it's not an appearance.2da issue, it's an enlarge spell or other script adjusting their size, or there blueprint. Look at each possible cause closely, possess grobnar and look for spell effects on him and make him rest, and look for items too.
I would try recreating it in a new game with no mods installed, or just seeing if it's just a random hiccup in just that saved game. It could just be a completely random bug which will never happen again.

I can write here a list of the mod in my folder, but again, I haven't add anything new lately. Another thing: I can't see the intro movie while loading the game (Ammon Jerro fighting with the King of Shadow). Maybe another bug or is it normal after installing MotB? (by the way, where can I find the music file of the loading screen? You know, when you enter the game and load a save file, for the first time after entering)
http://img834.images...eenshot417q.jpg my override folder in the installation folder. As you can see, except for the romance pack files (those in the folders with the name of companions) there are just zipped files! So, they're not working.
and 2 pics for my documents/NWN2/override folder

http://img607.images...reenshot423.jpg
some meshes, the object changer (that has been there since July) and nothing more. Too many appearance.2da files for my tastes... However, as I said, I am not adding mods since at least 3 weeks...

Second, installing MOTB is probably what changed - but it doesn't cause those effects normally. I would bet one of your mods is conflicting with MOTB. appearance_changer_105 leaps out immediately as a suspect.
p.s. You naughty girl, you.
Don't worry, mine's about the same.

By the way, quarrelling with my W7. I can't see the subfolder in "Documents and Settings" folder o_O Even if I am an admin and I set the security access like "let the admin see here". There's something strange about that! But I am too tired today to understand anything!

1) Rename your override folder to x_override
2) Create a new folder called override
3) Load the game and see if the problem persists.

I actually make separate override folders for each of the modules I have in progress and only add the things I want for that particular module. It takes more effort, but it keeps things organized and makes troubleshooting easier.

At the G3 forums they say the romance pack must be in the NWN2/override folders. I had not invented anything! However, the romance pack is there since the first installation and no one has never complain about problems...
I'll try to rename the override folder and try to discover what is creating this problem, thank you! ^^

(2) IF that doesn't work - I wonder if it's only Deekin and Grobnar - I think it might be everyone that's affected. All of the characters are drawn with a Scale attribute, but for most this is close to 1 so you can't tell any difference if it's being ignored unless you look for it. You can try editing a copy of your saved game - make one character much bigger, someone else much smaller, a third person the same height but very fat etc.
If it's affecting everyone, it might be a graphics card or driver setting problem. Combined with your other problems, I'm leaning towards this. Or it could be a random glitch like painofdungeoneternal mentioned that won't repeat.

You can ignore all the details, but get one of those tools. Each character file - sand.ros for example - has a Scale setting with three entries. x is left to right, y is front to back, z is height.

I only have one of those file installed, the "StdAlone_drow_hElf_Tief_Addon_1.rar". Ok, guys, please, help me! I would prefer having Grobnar oversize than having to give up to my PC face. That file comes with an appearance.2da file, that can't be removed (I tried, no texture was found by the game). In that appearance file, the kobold and the gnome are not set to 0.65 and 0.45 but to 1. So, it's the origin of the problem. Can someone help me please?
PS: is there a way not to use the DVD in the player when I load the game? I HATE the "take the music CD from the player, insert MotB DVD, play, take the MotB DVD, put the music CD back in the player..." routine...
PPS: however, even when I had no override folder, the intro movie didn't come...

With 1.23 you don't need the dvd in the game anymore.
