Will there be anymore ME2 DLC before the release of ME3 ?

I wonder too if there will be something new or not. I'm lack of words to it. Nobody knows anything... Wonder why?
They are afraid to announce, bcs we will kill them if someting goes wrong.
But silece is not helping at all.
The outcome is: nobody belives in anything they said, dasn't matter what they said. I just can't belive this is the image Bioware want to have in eyes of their fans....
I really want to get some annoucement. It is about time to say something... anything...

I think all that can be done are sidequests at this time. Which is fine, but just how much can be added?
I look forward to more but I also really look forward to ME3 as well.

BioWare - "We have two years of content support for DA:O"
BioWare - "Witch Hunt is the final DLC for Dragon Age: Origins"
Excuse me if I don't put too much faith into anything BioWare say.
I could totally play DA:O for another 2 years.

It's very unlikely that the ME2 DLC team is working on ME3. Chances are that there's a group of employees who create the ME2 DLC (as it doesn't need the same resources as making ME3 itself) and the rest of the team would be on ME3 or other projects. I honestly don't believe the creation of ME2 DLC affects ME3 in any way and that everything should be planned out.MysticMage44 wrote...
Actually, as much as more DLC would be awesome. (Actual gameplay dlc, not just weapons or appear packs) I would rather them work on making ME3. ME3 needs to step up a lot from ME2 and if they have to put all their time and resources towards it to do so, so be it. However, at the same time i can't see ME3 coming out NEXT Christmas and having no more DLC for ME2.

Tell you the truth, I'm afraid of ME3. I do not want the end of this story. I want more Shepard:) So I prefer the DLC for ME2 than ME3 itself...
Do you think it is possible to have DLC to ME3? After the end? What I will waiting for after ME3? Strange feeling:))

It is possible, they will wait till PS3 relase, but it is very long period of time with no DLC...
They should throw us some bone:))
Some new story DLC will be great for Christmas... ( still it is long..)

If they were working on a DLC, it could be at any stage in its development. They announce it now, and I guarantee not a single day would go by without someone asking if it was done yet. Better to announce a DLC when they actually have a very good idea of when it's going to be released, which is exactly what they have done with every DLC so far. Beyond that, would you like them to announce there's nothing to announce? Not announcing something is a pretty good indication they have nothing to announce, no need to be redundant about it.

I guess it all comes down to:
Daily questions asking if there's any new DLC in the works
or
Daily questions asking if the DLC being worked on is ready yet.

So there's new Dragon Age Origins DLC AFTER Witch Hunt? That's news to me.

That is a complicated way of speaking.
And yes, I would like they announce there is nothing to announce. I prefer them talking with us actually. Let us feel they care about their fans.
They have us here begging for some news, and stay silent - looks like they don't care. It is not good.
Not good at all.

Indeed. I think that one of BioWare's issues is a lack of communication. We don't know what's happened to the Cerberus Network (It's assumed it's over due to a tweet by Christina Norman), we don't know what DLC is planned or anything.rinoe wrote...

It's November, Christmas is December. Money isn't the most common thing around at the moment, partially due to external circumstances (*cough*Economy*cough*), major gaming releases in the next two months and Christmas. If BioWare have any hope of getting sales then they need to announce something and give us a rough time span - Late November, Early December. Something like that. I'm betting that a number of players would happily put some money aside, after all it's only a relatively small fee, in order to get this content. Sure, I'm probably exaggerating a little, but some people do plan in advance.

We are here to suport, but sometimes I have the feeling they don't know wat they doing and what they want. And I feel unsure about my favorite game.
It lokks like their mott is : make no promise, so you don't need to keep any...
But - it is the best way to loose customers. We will get tired, we give up, stop cheking the news and find someting else to do.
And the - Oh, there is ME3 , and some DLC for ME2, good. I forgot about that and now I can buy it very cheap, bcs a lot of ppl already forgot.
Beware.

I lol'd. This is a very good point. We're all going to be here every day mooning over DLC/no-DLC. I suppose BioWare knows that. Still it would be nice to moon over something else for a while.

I don't like they treat fans from the very beggining. Unprofesional.
But it is Mass Effect. The game defend itself.
So :
Fans: Oh please, please tell us something...
BW: When we want to tell you somethin we will do. But we don't want now.
Fans: But... please. You are so good, you clould..
BW: Get lost.
Fans: we are waiting so long, clould you...
BW: We ignoring you, you bugs.
Fans: but we love you, you are so great, so could you please...
BW: -slience-
Fans: Any news? We are waiting so long...
BW: - slience-
Fans: but we want to buy it...
BW: - silence- 'who cares about you, you buy it anyway'
Fans: Oh, they are so busy, the are so good. They make us something really good. We could just speculate... They tell us when they ready.....
It is only me who feels like this? Or is it normal in America? Bcs in Europe is somethin just... strange - it is a formal word. And I'm ...mad.

Many fans are frustrated that we don't see much BioWare participation in the ME forums. I have no idea to the reasons of an employee participating or not participating in these forums, but I do know it is their choice. I wouldn't take their lack of participation as a slap in the face either, as sometimes forums just aren't their thing. I've seen how so many writers, artists, producers, and creators of various sci-fi media have been treated on different forums in the past. It is a minefield. Navigating minefields might not be their idea of a good time, especially when there other mediums such a Twitter that one can use instead.
I wouldn't take silence as dismissive dislike on the part of BioWare. You don't know why they're silent. So rather than projecting your own reasons, just take it as silence. That's all it is, it doesn't have to have sinister qualities to it.

I could see a possibly DLC being released either at the end of this month or more than likely in December. At the latest I would go with the release of ME2 on the PS3 just to draw in the PS3 players. It gives them a chance to feel part of the whole ME experience with the XBox and PC peeps. I'm eager for another DLC but I don't want it rushed either. We wouldn't want a DLC to come out like Witch Hunt or Return to Ostagar would we? Didn't think so

calling bioware names and making fun of them isnt going to get them on our side. if they do watch these forums why annoy them. be nice keep them happy even if we are frustrated. ****ing wont help at all. be more positive about these great games and the crew that make them.
