Martagins all inclusive gift guide, heres how the figures are broken down:
 
Base approval bonus: +5
If companion likes the gift: +5
For every gift given before: -1
If the companion’s approval is negative at the moment of gifting: Half the value of bonus
Minimum approval bonus: +1
 

Note: If the item in question is not listed here in any way shape or form its more than likely a generic gift item, items like these can be sac'd to the party member of your choice as they give the same +'s across the board

What is listed here is gifts that your party members approve of, if it doesn't appear on the list, sac the item to the party member of your choice as it gives the same +'s with every party member

One mistake I see so far:



Golden Symbol of Andraste Legnar’s Store Orzammar Dust Town

Legnar's store is in the Commons. And when I checked, he didn't have this item.

Thanks for pointing that out, when I type it up I interchanged the locations of the nug and the symbol. However the symbol is there in the proper place, I just confirmed it myself.

The wrangler is in the commons, thats a quest. However the nug that you give to Liliana is from Dust Town from "Idle Dwarf". I've updated it to reflect as such, my apologies, I made the change in my word document but forgot to change it in the forum post

I got +4 for Lelianna when I gave her the Ox bone. Go figure. I had no reason to give it to the dog. It's already at 100.
