I found 2 golden rope necklaces in my game (PC), I believe the second came from Bodahn. Also, Varathorn does not sell the silver brooch, is there another way to obtain it from him?

You can steal a Tiara from Habren in Market's District in Denarim.
The highest approval was from Sten for +5 but I don't have Zevran nor Wynne In my party at the moment. Could be higher Approval rating from Zevran, knowing he's like for fancy stuff

I've double checked and indeed the brooch is there, right on the merchant like I said it would be.... Perhaps you missed it?
