Read up on the gift system.
Every gift you give reduces the bonus by 1.
A gift that's special to the recipient will thus range +6 to +10, others will be +1 to +5. Plot gifts (cutscene triggering) will be more.

I think the Dirty Pantaloons goes with Oghren. In conversation he thinks the dog stole his pants. I haven't had a chance to test this, however. (No more Pantaloons.)

Well i didnt get the option on the idle dwarf for the nug .. how i do that ?



Also, when i gave Morrigan the Mirror, after the conversation, that reward her a neat +20 approval, i was surprised with that. Well, i dont complain

 Dear lord, thks ! i was so frustated with sten, never got him to approve anything, max i got him was +15, even with gifts .. then i was on Orzammar with him, shale and leliana, that place seens to made him open himself .. he started talking to shale and leliana and i talked to him, and made all talks positive, jumping from +15 to +64 warm ! Really a miracle, even talked about his blade and unlocked his quest i'm so glad.

Lileana needs to say that the nugs are cute before your able to grab it from the idle dwarf.

This is great thank you. I had worked out Oghren liked alcohol, Leilana liked andraste, dog liked bones and Morrigan liked jewellery but really didn't have any idea about Loghain and Sten.



It's all quite predictable when you think about it.
