Having a problem on my 360 version of ME2, just started Vanguard 2 days ago, have heavy charge, for reasons unknown to me charge only regens half of my shield...Tried to retrain all my skills, no good, help please!~

Never heard of that... isn't charge an attack though? Why does it regenerate your shields?

That happens to me as well, however of a lot of videos I have seen of a vanguard on youtube I noticed that it only regenerates half of their sheilds as well so I believe that the developers screwed up or something.

I have the same problem, funny that they never bothered to patch it
