Hi!.  Im was trying to buy some bioware points to get some DLC for mass effect.  I of corse logged into my account.  Wich I have to be to post this thread.  When I click on the add bioware points tab in the drop down men under Profile.  See that thing on the right of the screen. <-----------.  A page opens up asking me to conferm my password.  So I enter my password.  The on I used to log into my account.   Which I am logged into to post this thread.  Which I have to be logged into to add bioware points. 

It tells my me password is wrong.  how the **** is my password wrong when it is clearly the password  I just used to log into my account.  So now I cant access the DLC.  Because bioware joined with EA which has **** customer servise, who hides behind a mase of web pages to confound paying customers wanting help.

So any ideas why my password does not work when it clearly is the right one?

The BWOS doesn't deal with DLC or points, only physical merchandise, and isn't responsibles for any difficulties involved with them.

Hay guess what your post is worthless. There is a clear link on my account page for buying bioware points. This is abviosly how to do it. Its not confirming my password. why is this happening?

When this is your thanks for trying to help, then go and find out for yourself. You're trying to buy points, so Points forum. Of course, you could also try Social help forum, but NOT here.

I'm confused your words say right but your arrow points left I don't know where to look!
