I have the same problem :S. I only see Awakening expansion set. I cant download blood dragon armor or stone prisoner, or buy other dlcs...
In game, the list of DLC for buy with points or install, are empty, no ostagar or warden or... witch hunt... nothing to download...
Example:

My dlc list, are empty in available content. Why?
And this is my list of redeems codes registered.

I suggest these steps which can be found at EA's DA support site.
After doing this, you should be able to redownload all DLC that is registered to your account. If it's still not working, you might need to start the updater manually. To do this, select Run in the Start menu, type services.msc and press Enter, find Dragon Age Updater Service in the list and start it.
- Shut down Dragon Age: Origins
- From the Windows desktop, click the Start button, then select Run
- At the command prompt, type "net stop DAUpdaterSvc" and click OK
- Navigate to My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Settings and delete the files Manifest.xml, Offers.xml, and addins.xml
- Navigate to My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age and delete the Offers folder
- Go to C:\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application Data\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\ and deleted the DAUpdater folder (where C: is the default directory). I had some trouble finding this. Now I just copy the location into the Search box and the right folder shows up, but I'm not sure if this works for people who haven't got Vista.
- Navigate back to My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age and delete the folder called AddIns
- Return to the command prompt (click Start, then Run) and type "net start DAUpdaterSvc" before clicking OK
- Restart Dragon Age: Origins and log in

The problem persisted on my system until I did the manual update explained in the last column of Choklad Glass. Worked like an charm.
