If I've got it right, nope. But we can put shiney runes on top of her boots
So there is some companion customisation, plus the unique talent trees. Probably not as much as Origins allowed however.

Yeah and nvm the fact that ME2s companions were openly mocked for wearing their unique "armor" in hazardous and combat conditions.
