I'm not sure whether this is to right place to post it cause it is only a minor mistake in the Codex but I hope mentioning it will help to polish the game.
*spoiler alert*
When I finished the Redcliff story line (I chose to save Connor by traveling to Mage Circle and get their help not to have to sacrifice any member of his family), and the entry in my Codex shows that Connor's mother died to save her son from the demon which isn't correct, since I have prevented her from doing so.
I'm probably too good for the Codex to keep up with me.
