The 'H' key is your friend, it prevents your characters from mindlessly running around attacking everything in sight (and setting off every trap in the room in the process).
Also, 2 rogues, a (normally) non-tank warrior like Sten and Morrigan (Who, I'm going to assume, you didn't turn into a spiritual healer in order to make her actually useful, even worse if you leveled up her ice magic abilities which are completely useless against the undead)?
That's about the worst party I could think of for combat, consider using Alistair, Shale or someone else who can take a beating (Unless, of course, you actually turned Sten into a tank) instead of Sten, lose Leliana and get either Wynne or a second tank in there, and try to figure out how to compensate for your squishy, non crowd-controlly main character (Unless s/he has the scattershot ability, which is in my experience the hands-down, unquestionably most awesome ability a rogue can have).
Admittedly, it's probably possible to have a quite capable party with your combination, but from the sound of it, this is not the case here.
And if all else fails, just leave the area and go through another questline until your characters have some more levels under their belt.
Personally, I'm loath to add even a single rogue into my party (Which probably contributed to my deplorable financial situation in my first playthrough), but 2 seems a little extreme one way or the other, it looks like you have nothing that can draw and survive attention, or keep the attention-getter alive (Try to get force field to protect your tank).
