I activated the Cerberus account on one of my old Xbox profiles without realising it was the wrong account and did not have my Mass Effect 2 saved game on it.

I have just reset everything back to my primary account and all is working, but when I try to activate the network on it, it says that the key has been used already (from the first account)

Is there any way I can switch it over to my primary account or get EA to realise my error and switch it over for me?
