The times that I decided to side with the Templars or let Irving die she never brings up abominations and subsequently her random encounters don't trigger so I can't talk to her about Anerin. Is she just being a hag because the circle was annulled or is this a bug? She'll still nag at me for LI oddly enough.

I've never had this problem, I don't believe. I'm double checking her files now.
Edit: The abomination discussion does not appear to be related to how the circle quest was resolved. She has to be at least neutral is all, and selected at camp, and has to have had the conversation regarding how she's tired.
I've never had problems picking up her personal quest, even when I've sided with the templars.

Ah, then I can't help you anyway. PS3 may have a few different bugs than the PC (which has a true plethora of them).

Just a stab in the dark -- try traveling with her alone in your group and see if that will help trigger her encounter. Just to eliminate the possibility that the other party members have triggers of their own that are conflicting.
