Recently downloaded Lair of the Shadow Broker, and after it gets done loading from the cab to Liara's Apartment, I get the Disc Unreadable Error.  Any idea on what's causing this?  Also, I tried installing the disc to the HDD, but when I tried to play the game it just ended up with the same error.

According to my own experience, this kind of crash is provoked by a combination of other DLC interfering with LotSB (and Overlord too). You should try using standard armors and weapons for Shepard and your squad. Check your squad appearances too, try using only the standard ones, not the loyalties nor the DLCs, that's what fixed it for me.

Thanks for your help, seems like that fix isn't working for me though. Is it going to require me to uninstall some of the DLC?

the only best advice I can give is to test it on another Xbox 360.

lately there has been reports that the DRM update has been causing problems like this regardless if it was genuine or not.

if you can back-up or prevent the saves from being wiped then I would do a full re-install.

EDIT: better yet. try follow the adivce givin by MS first http://support.microsoft.com/kb/909819

If you didn't try, remove all DLCs and if it works reinstall them one by one to identify which one is causing the problem.
