 My problem here is that, I see all the DLC's listed in my "Your Registered game Promotions."

How do I verify these DLC's?  Does this mean that those DLC"s are already verified in my account? If so, why does it still say Unauthorized when my log my profile in-game? And how do I authorize them?

That's how it looks like. And I am honestly lost. Also, I bought the game previously, the collector's edition of Dragon Age Origins. Since I couldn't get my credit card to work, I decided to buy the Ultimate Edition because it had all the DLC's and I wanted to play the expansion.

Since you have the dlc on your account it's probably a problem with the DA Updater.

Are Witchcraft (Origins) and Witchcraft (Awakening) included in the Ultimate Edition? Those two DLC's are still Unauthorized for me, and an agent at EA Live Chat Support told me these two are not included. And that gives me a reason to think the opposite...

Let me know if you guys have these two authorized after buying the Ultimate Edition, thanx!

Yes they are included.
I got them with DAOUE .... and they authorised

Gotta love it when EA Live Chat Support agents always start with trying to take the easy way out.
I quote TWO agents I just talked to:
"Robgard: Thank you for your patience. I would like to inform you that these two DLC's are not available with the ultimate edition.
Robgard: You are required to buy them individually.
Robgard: We have witch hunt but not the mentioned two."

"Howard: I would like to inform you they are not available with DA Ultimate Edition. 
Howard: You have to purchase it from an EA store."

It seems like the support agents are doing anything to fool the costumers to buy products they already have paid for.
This was my first encounter with ea agents. Maybe they just had a bad day...

However, after speaking with a 3rd agent and convincing him that YES, they ARE included, he added them to my account.

Lol I love how they try to upsell you instead of fixing the tech issue that's a real class act
