I'm hoping to use the CEP2.3 & CTP haks together but what I am unsure of is the hak order needed to ensure that there are no conflicts resulting. Can anyone help me out with this please?

The general rule is to stick the hak files under the CEP top hak and above the other CEP hak files. Give it a shot and see if that works.
