Hi guys,
I have 3 (area1, area2, area3) areas which are connected to each other so when player 1 enter the game, these 3 areas are reserved for player 1. When player 2 enter the game, instances of the areas will be generated by using CreateInstancedAreaFromSource. Lets say the instances are called area1a, area1b. area 1c
While connecting 3 original areas I can ust draw area transitions manually on each areas, What I cant figure out is how to create area transitions for the instances. Any suggestion please? Thanks

While waiting for a reply, I will try to clarify what I try to do.
To connect 2 areas, I usually use a trigger in the first area and waypoint in the second area so when the player step into the trigger in the first area, the player will be transfiered to the waypoint in the second area. Now what I need to know is how to create a waypoint and an area transitiion trigger by using nwn script.

Couldn't you just use CreateObject, make a waypoint in the new instanced area and then use ActionJumpToLocation?
I'm totally unfamiliar with the instanced area function, having never used it myself, so that's the best I can offer...unfortunately.

It's all in the transition script, no big deal with it. Since you cannot rely on the tags, you need to set variables on the PC.
