Dear Support,

I am relatively certain that in the 50 pages of forum posts, that the issue that I have has been address in some manner.  In fact the very first post on page one from Fernado (I think) is about the Ostegar DLC not working.

However the solution provided is not realistic especially for someone like me.  I bought the Ultimate edition for one reason and one reason only.  It supposedly includes all the DLC.  For me this is important as I live in South Africa and pay by the MegaByte for a broadband connection.

So now I have spent money on a product that includes stuff that is not working.  This means that, according to your post, that I have to make an international call and then download content that I have anyway paid a premium to get in a media format so that I didn't have to download it.  That is just ridiculous.

It is now going to cost me more than the price of the DLC to make an international call and then still download the content.

However, not only is the Ostegar DLC not working.....but the Feast Day Combo Pack is not working either.

Some feedback would be appreciated

The feastday combo pack does work. It just downloads the packs seperately. The combo pack will always showup as not downloaded but if you look at your downloaded items on the title screen the pranks and gifts have both been downloaded. This is same for most combo packs, not just dragon age. Its just the way the psn works.

As for the rto issue. Yeah its a bummer for those with no internet connection. There really is no fix at the moment for people without a connection or in your case a pay as you go internet.

All you can do is either take it back for a refund or wait to see if EA post out a bluray with the missing content on. Which is doubtful.

I just got a copy of Dragons age origins Ultimate and none of the so supposed included content is present, i just got to the part you can access the quest for wardens keep and it tells me to download it. does this means i have to pay for the content that was supposed to be already included? if so they better fix this or they will have a lawsuit file against them for false advertisement.



also i have read the manual and it says if you want to play darkspawn chronicles or awakening to select NEW GAME and then select the logo for the appropriate content. wich doesn't work because the content its not there. everytime i select new game it starts the main campaign.



i hope to hear a response to this post.

When you insert the disc, upon the XMB, you will see TWO icons pop up, not just one. It is the second icon below the game icon that you click to install each of the DLC at your leisure. When you click the second icon it will present you with a list of each of the DLC on the disc for you to install. Choose which DLC to install at your leisure.

So basically the content was not there because you had yet to actually install it.

i got it thanks, also why can't you keep the blood dragon armor in the expansions?
