When will Garrett and Blightlands ship? I'd rather they both ship together with Kirkwall, if possible, and store support usually take a few days to respond to tickets.

So no time on the lithos? It's implied Wednesday or later. I don't expect them to sell out, but it'd still be nice to get a low number on these.

Jed, quick question... hope you can help! I ordered a black N7 hoodie on monday night (couldn't resist!). I just discovered the new mini lithos are on sale tonight, I had no idea they were coming up... if I was to order the lithos, would you be able to combine the hoodie and lithos on the same order to save on postage?

I wish I could have held out a bit longer, but I didn't want to run the risk of the hoodie selling out! The black one is awesome.

Also, the store site is VERY slow loading...  Been like that all day, so I don't think it's got anything to do with traffic for the litho updates.

The ladies version of "Save the Nug" shirt (for Dragon Age) is not available anymore and the men's version is on sale. Does that mean there won't be any more nug shirts made for the ladies?

Will that tube have a larger diameter than those you used before?
I heard there was some problems with creasing on other lithos and as this Kirkwall is larger, the inside need to be rolled up thighter. Which will increase the chance of creasing.

It worked to combine Kirkwall with the character pack, but I don't know if that is such a good idea anymore though, 4 lithos in a tube don't sound too good.

Out of curiousity...can those of us that are receiving the Price of Power and Arch Demon as a result of the action figure delay get those bumped up, or do we have to wait until the figures come to make sure we don't cancel?



If we can, I want to get the Citadel and Minuteman shipped together with those (and possibly Hawke & Blightlands)...but either way, I'll be getting them.

I was wondering something similar, but more along the lines of if we chould choose which mini lithos we get. They said Normandy/IM in the email, but I would much prefer Illium/Omega or MM/Citadel as I have both Normandy and IM anyways. Jedi, could you comment on that?

Are they going to pack this better than the posters I bought earlier this year? Those came in a huge tube with ZERO padding of any sort on either end, and the posters ended up banging around inside and had mangled edges as a result.

I'd hate tp pay $50 for that magnificent litho just to have it get trashed in transit because it wasn't properly protected.

The way Mondotees packs their posters is great. The tubes are HEAVY, and the posters are wrappend in that brown craft paper. I've never had so much as a corner bent on those.

They will be in a heavy wider tube wrapped twice in paper to protect the corners.



Can't bump up the Lithographs from the 4-pack as they are all being pulled together. As far as changing out your Lithograph lets bring that up closer to the action figure release date and we can look into it. Having the warehouse do order specific changes during the holidays is tough.

Thanks for the heads up, but unless that 4 pack for 90 goes back up, I'm not buying

and thanks for the reply...I'll just have to live with my full sized Arch Demon and no Price of Power for now.

I did send a case a few days ago and asked if it is possible to combine my two orders (ME2+DS lithos), but the answer i got was that you (thbs) are unable to combine orders from two different stores (Bioware and visceral)

Maybe just a misunderstanding? I meant "combine = ship together" (to save on shipping cost, if possible). 

(Status of both orders is still "pending fulfillment" so they haven't shipped yet.)

Galford PM me the order #s and Case #s and I'll see if we can get it taken care of it in the morning. Likely a misunderstanding as we can't combine, but we can sometimes ship together.
