Hi, I understand that one receives certain promotional codes when purchasing a copy of Dragon Age. I live in South Africa and we only got XBox live here today. I'm now trying to use this online service to activate some of these codes but I don't seem to have any of these promotional codes anywhere in my Dragon age game case. I purchased the game a while ago but surely every Fragon Age game should contain these codes. Mine does not however, how do I get hold of the codes that should have been included in my purchase?

I also have another unrelated question, what has happened to the Soldier's peak dlc that's required to create a sword from the meteor ore? Has bioware stopped supporting the dlc? Because I con't find it on any Dragon Age dlc download list....

Looks to me like the support staff is either on vacation or bioware just doesn't give a crap. What a waste of time posting this site is.

Welcome to lesson 1 of the Bioware social site. You're on your own. There really isn't (and never was) any real "support" staff to answer questions. Ok, now that I've gotten that out of the way...
As far as the codes go, your best bet would be to call EA support and explain your situation to them. They can actually add the stuff onto your account for you.
