I'm uploading atm my fist TW2 video, the cutscene of the dead of a King. I was a lot more moved by it than by any of Hawke's disgraces in DA2!

So now that you've all sampled the game for longer, how is it?
Just great. Not bored at all. Fights take some brain at least w/ different strats against different opponents.
Romance scene with Triss in the Elven Gardens was very artfully done.

I'm sure it will have consequences in TW2 somewhere if he survived.

Did anyone manage to keep Berengar alive against Javed in TW1? I tried many times, but there's no way to prevent him from getting knocked down & burnt repeatedly.

However, I did manage keep him alive (it was a bit tough). You can find my uploaded save a few dozen pages back

I was moved also, especially that I liked Faltest, tough and arrogant but he new all the little peoples names even after some battle of long ago. Out of the whole lot of social climbing wanna bee's and other Kings he seemed to be the most together

In one word: sublime.
If the entire game keeps to this quality the whole way through, it's looking to breach my top 3 cRPGs ever list.

How the hell do you claim your prize, it says something about checking out the Withcer 2 site, but I found nothing.
Wrote an e-mail to the CDPsupport nevertheless, but they got their hands full with the DRM activation issues (hint: don't ****ing use DRM at all, just patch it out like Alpha Protocol did).

The love scene in the Elven Gardens is truly lovely. Triss is one heck of a lucky gal. Once I'm done with this first playthrough, I'll import my Shani centered save. Can't wait to see the differences. (Shani IS back, right?)

Well, not every single way. I don't think anyone can deny BioWare still come out on top in the 'letting you play as a woman' department.

I take personality customisation over visual one anytime (like PS:T, Alpha Protocol, etc.).
DA2 was a bit better in that regard than the usual morality meter nonsense, but it had very little impact on the story.

Not that it matters, since playing as a woman has no effect on the story whatsoever. It's a superficial cosmetic difference.Apollo Starflare wrote...
