Really, I like TW2, I think it's a better game than DA2 and I said so earlier in this thread. I was trolling earlier today since I was bored, but now I'm serious and simply defending DA2 against the blind fanboyism some of you have developed for TW2. There is nothing factual about these things, so people should stop pretending their OPINIONS are facts. Everyone in the world could like TW2 more than DA2, and that still doesn't make it a fact.

This thread will get lock when everyone starts flaming each other. That is the objective of TheMufflon and Skilled Seeker. No point replying to them guys.

And can we back on topic already please? I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card. Was wondering i should get ATI 6870 or Geforce GTX560Ti. Any ideas? Wanted to play at least Ultra without ubersampling with resolution of 1680x1050. Thanks

Now, exiting/reload is for sissy Hardcore Diablo 2 players! Like me! I hope CDPR fixes that and prevent exiting without saving and Insane must load last save only! - Yeah, if you face Insane, you must be insane and punished accordingly.

They will probably have a cemetery for Insane Geralts at the official forum, like there is one for Hardcore Gothic 1 and 2 players.  Your post name of the char (always Geralt in this case), level he died and where/how was it... and R.I.P., of course! =)

They might get a thumbstone in a next Gothic game by the Piranhas. They love placing easter eggs in graves! Perhaps CDPR might do the same with the player's name!  hehe

I'm having exactly that issue. I was wondering what I was doing wrong, or if it was a glitch.

Also, watch out for bombs. I found a seriously game breaking bug. I had a type of bomb in my quick slot but they were all used up. I tried to throw a non-existant bomb and it totally screwed everything. I could no longer swing my sword, or use R. It followed me when I reloaded. Yeeek. (Don't throw bombs you don't have.)

Curious about it too since that's the path I'm going with my char developemnt.

There are indeed some issues with responsiviness. Even with a full stopped Geralt, in the fight with the Wraiths of Melitele quest, sometimes he would just stand there and not cast the sign... I needed either roll and it would work or stand idle and keep hitting the cast key for a few seconds until it worked. Weird thing is, it was always on the exact same spots on the map.  A couple of them in that area.

And when using a sign like Axii, if I interruped Geralt by moving him, he would not do any other action until I used Axii again and finished that action! lol

PS.: for the bombs, switching for any item in your pocket that you can use and hitting the Use Item key, fixes it. Like recasting Axii.

You kidding right? You've basicly said it yourself again, and now you are even asking me where was the context? That's pure gold.

First off, you accused all the TW2 players of being either homophobes or closet homosexuals.
Second, I am okay with the fact you don't like Triss, however was bringing the "Polish" part in it necessary? Are you implying all Polish women are ****s?
And third: You acussed me of being some kind of a domineering deviant or something like that that likes to take "women" trophies. Even if that was a joke based on the sexcards I still see it as an insult.

In any case, enough derailing, I am willing to bring this crap into our PM.

They clearly went for a distinct Slavic look with Geralt, but that's all I see him having in common with Gop.

Nopz. I do too and I get the map figured out in my head pretty soon. I can find my way around Flotsam, for instance, as if I were one of those Scoiatel!n =)

Guess that's probably why I find Mr. Gop to be ruggedly handsome.

heh.  I see the similarity in the eye/nose/middle face facial balance.  Suits both of them anyway.

Yeah.. I find Gop a nice guy. Watched most of his presentations and he spoke good english too. The best part i like about him when he dressed up like a monk in the Saviours of Queen developers diary. LOL
