I enjoyed both DA2 and TW2, they are both good games. I personally like DA2 more despite its technical flaws but TW2 is indeed much prettier

If you want save Saskia, choose Iorveth, and follow him.
I already chose Iorveth over Roche. Saskia is just an added bonus.

And when we heard Mark the last time?

Quite a jump from a redshirt to a powerful sidekick.

I've just realized that Vernon Roche is voiced by Mark Healy.
And who's that?
That is Ser Jory...he dies during the Warden ritual.

I didn't actually. First I was reminded of the merchant from DA2. Then I've remembered Ser Jory(haven't played Origins in months now)

Erm, I know who that is. Lemme paraphrase "and who was also voiced by Mark Healy?"
In DA2 according to IMbD he was "additional voices" Before that a lot of real acting. One of the better voice actors in W2 imo.

Who else sided with Iorveth and not with Roche in Act I? I quite like Iorveth actually.A lot more than Roche.
Anyway, just finished Act I and I absolutely adore TW2.One of the best RPGs and games that I played. It even beats DA:O.
Act II following Iorveth is definitely my favorite part of the game and Saskia is my favorite character. <3

I'm still having trouble choosing between saving Anais and Triss. I'm sad that Vernon becomes an outlaw. My canon playthrough is usually decided after my first run of the game but here I just don't know what to do. Even if I ditch Triss in TW1 I will still feel bad for not helping her out in ACT III of TW2 but if I do help her out Temeria falls to pieces (not that big of a problem) and my friend Vernon becomes a wanted man ... damn it's a lose-lose situation.

I'm on a second playthrough, doing some missions I skipped earlier. And got a small question. Hung Over - I keep failing at throwing knives vs Ves. I can beat those guys at arm wrestling fine (beat up Roche too xD), but I don't understand why she always wins, if the guy says oar on the wall I see it on left and hit it, if it's the map, that's right in front. What am I doing wrong?
There is that aiming circle that gets smaller, throw the knifes when the circle is small. Usually I would press "R" get it to where the circle is small and throw a couple knifes. The map, it's the lower left corner of the map, Ore is near the top of it, ham, well it's the ham. Good luck.

You are right, Pete Bramhill(Cailan) is credited on the Witcher 2 IMDB site.
Seb Vael is the Flotsam too monk if I am not mistaken. Senechal Bran is also heard numerous times in the game and there was even Nicholas Boulton(Vaughan, Hawke) somewhere.
Too bad they didn't get Mark Meer, that would be *epic*.

lol, dont worry about that shop. He sells absolutely the same stuff another one does in the same area. I personally shut him down because I didnt like his face and old lady had some nice female companions with her so I thought maybe..umm they'll repay in kind?

I really dont understand why the TW2 fans love to bash DA2, they are just different type games. BioWare's past games dont have too much nonlinear story telling, even Baldur's Gate II and dragon age origins are still linear games, nonlinear stuff is Black Isle's specialty. BioWare is capable of putting emotions in their games, that's what I love about their games. if you are expecting BioWare make a nonlinear story game, you are at wrong place.
I enjoyed both DA2 and TW2, they are both good games. I personally like DA2 more despite its technical flaws but TW2 is indeed much prettier
Thats because I expected to play a game like TW2 when I bought DA2. Loads of People have been dissapointed from DA2 including me

Same here. I'm of the crowd who thinks DA2 wasn't a terrible game but it's not what we expect from Bioware.

She's totally had a lone time with Iorverth! Like I forget which dwarf said "Iorveth has a stiffy for Saskia"
