Any -- slightly more useful -- feedback?
Edit: I did mention I liked the first game, just didn't want to replay it.

Do you meet the recommended system requirement? Even i met the recommended system requirement the game is very unresponsive to me too. Others with better rig/system have no problem with that. And welcome in joining the game. I'm currently upgrading my rig too so i can play the game smooth

Don't suppose anyone could help me out here.
The 1.1 Patch isn't installing. I'm getting an error relating to the game's launcher. I'm on Windows 7 and i'm using the International Patch, which I think is the one US people use if they bought it on a disc. If i'm wrong or stupid feel free to correct me.
It should work. What exactly is the error?

Review I'm going on.
Think I'll be picking this game up after my current DAO playthrough (or my next DA2 playthrough, DLC news dependant). Is there anybody here who didn't think the first game had much replay value who thinks the second one has more? I liked the first one while it lasted but my second playthrough petered out in the outskirts of Vizima and I haven't really wanted to pick it up since. Not really a deal-breaker either way, I'll still be buying it, just curious.

Well I never finished the first while I am currently on my 3rd play through on this sequel. It is well worth the purchase in my opinion. And with two distinct courses that you can play through you'll have at least 2 play throughs that offer a lot of different experiences.

Yes i meet the system requirment and for what i can see the command's unresponsiveness it's not due to a graphical slowdown, for taking the more evident case that happened to me as example it happens when i press the block button simply nothing happen ( and i have my vigour at max)

Man I cannot wait for more DLC. Now how do I go about getting all these other Pre-order DLC's people are saying they can now download? I'm not seeing it in my download section.

Are you pressing the block button while you're executing a fast/strong attack?

Inventory yea and looting. But what else is? "everything gameplay wise" is a broad statement.
When is it possible to get the diagram for ZERRIKANTERMENT? My previous playthrough was on Iorveth path I was told I wouldn't be able to.
Mage Trader in Act 3 but the other sword is better!
And some people are just too biased. If TW2 had a Bioware logo on the box it would be GOD. But it would also have EA logo so it would be EVIL! Gladly, CDPR are neither!
Good news, then. If all goes to plan I may be back in this thread soon..neppakyo wrote...

Even the prologue has multiple paths you can take. I discovered some on my third play through so far.

I just finished my first playthrough. I left some of the names obscured just to be on the safe side below incase you by accidently read parts of it.
SPOILERS GALORE! DO NOT READ IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SPOILED
Also I wonder whether letting Roche has his revenge back in Act 2 was the right thing to do as I might of just made the North weaker.
Give me a ****ing break. Like the game- fine. But it's pretty ironic that you accuse people of fanboyism when you're one of the most obnoxious cheerleaders on BSN for why it's impossible to criticize TW2. I've defended TW1 here, and criticize DA2 heavily. Can you just accept some people don't like the game? I know it blows your circuits, but just try. It could be a fun mental experiment.RageGT wrote...

or you could have a slightly weaker north but with a newly formed council that (hopefully) will help you against Nilfgaard. (a.k.a .saving the damsel)
And others get to state their opinion, too- especially since TW2 diverged so much from the original.Costin_Razvan wrote...

@Ringo
A lot of RPG fans are miffed about the high level of reflex based gameplay. TW1 didn't have that. Once you figured out the basics of alchemy, it was easy on any difficulty level.
A lot of RPG fans should shut up about a game being **** just because they suck at the combat because it's not their type.
That's just my 2c.
