I might have 4 by the time TW2 gets here, but I never could do the neutral path, so only Scoiatel or the Order for me. And only one where I hitched up with Shani.

I'm only importing one save. I can't stand the Scoia'tael and neutral didn't appeal to me within the story presented.

I can only play neutral. The Order is against all non humans, the Scoiatel don´t care about collateral damage, and Yaevinn killed people for fun (books). The lesser evil here is not helping them.

Romance wise, I don´t care for either one of them. Shani seems more Essi Daven than herself. Triss could be interesting if the point she´s taking advantage of Geralt´s amnesia comes into play.

We don't know what Triss is doing with Geralt yet. At any rate, she was the logical choice in TW1 for Alvin. Shani's just a doctor. Triss shoots lightning from her finger tips and kicks bad guys in the nuts.

Neutral options always seemed like copping out to me. I chose the Scoiatel more often than not, but its almost impossible to say which is the true moral option.

Hehe, I chose Triss in TW1 because Shani is not as scary when yelling at you while you are in a blurry, drunken stupor.

I chose the Scoi'atel because I can identify with crazy rebels.

For starters, bedding her best friend´s true love thanks to amnesia.

About neutral path, I try to play as Geralt is in the books. He usually tries to not pick sides or follow the lesser evil (and it often bites him back). Don´t see the game situation as copping out however. Both sides are in the wrong to me and won´t help them despite their valid points. If they still want to cross Geralt´s path, the worse for them.

3rd time!? CCleaner has never removed my game files. Which box are you checking for that to happen? Well that sucks at any rate. Be sure to back them up this time. Or better yet, just go to the save game market at the CD red site. No need to play the game over again.

I've only one canon save: Neutral Geralt who chose Triss. Here, for people asking for it:

Choices made: (I believe these are the "right" choices, at least for me)

Prologue:
Didn't fight the Frightener

Act 1:
Gave supplies to Scoia'tael
Saved Abigail

Act 2:
Sided with the Scoia'tael

Act 3:
Chose Triss (preferred Shani, but chose Triss since Shani isn't in TW2)
Cured the werewolf
Sided with the Scoia'tael

Act 4:
Compromised with the villagers and the Vodyanoi
Spared Berengar
Chose neutral

Act 5:
Saved Adda

Epilogue:
Fought the King of the Wild Hunt

I did every single quest (including trophies, dice poker, fist fighting, board quests etc) and collected every sex card.

BTW, CD Projekt said you don't really need a save since you can make your TW1 choices at the start of TW2

Hmm, this may have been already discussed, but what's up with those pre-order DLCs?
Which one is better suited for the gameplay(I heard one of them even adds additional finishers and stuff?)? Will they be available for buying afterwards?

And thanks Darth! Even though I was more of an neutral-Order guy, but oh well. Beggars can't be choosers.

The way Yeavin skulks about in the shadows to assisinate a proud warrior like White Rayla, who was only a hired mercernary in the first place? And who was ruthlessly tortured by the Elves, having her hand cut off by them?

Seigfreid is a damn boyscout compared to the Scoiatel. An ignorant one, but still...

Annoys me to see pre-order DLC for various retailers. GameStop is offering "the merchant pack" which has unique items obtained through side quests for each chapter. Bonus content like that should be available to everyone.

White (formerly known as Black) Rayla is also a complete monster. The point (IMHO) in the conflict is that while both sides has noble goals they don´t justify what they do.

Also, Rayla has somehow magically regenerated her lost hand in the game.
That being said, while I applaud the elven "fight for freedom" kind of behaviour, I find the way they do it damn disgusting.

Neutral all the way. Let them bleed each other dry.
