Oh, do I need to dig up the post from the guy who couldn't figure out how to use the Kayran trap and died to the beast?
Man do I love Insane without using that program ( just didn't want to risk it for my Iorveth playthrough ). 200 hours on that diifculty is EPIC.

I've always wanted to try this game but my PC's have never been good enough to handle games. I'm excited that it's coming out for 360 though. Do you Witcher fans think it'll transfer well to 360, and more importantly, play well?
There's storage in every Chapter. Though the storage is bugged in Chapter 1... You cannot access it through the innkeeper. Instead, you have to walk over to the storage chest and use it.RageGT wrote...
Do we have storage on Act 3? I'd love to leave my crafting materials stored to enter 3 real light... hehe
Yeah, I get those problems. The chain combos (I think those happen with signs too) and the medallion ones annoy me, the others like his delay to do actions with stuff don't. Well, I don't really get people's problems with the doors too, it's such a little thing.RageGT wrote...
Costin's suggestion is nice. I only got the "Just like the good old days... Haven't killed a Nilfgaardian for years!" when Roche is there for Geralt despite anything. =)

The thing about the medallion is that the delay is weird and annoying. It's like there isn't a precise timing where you can use it again and the animation of Geralt trying to use and not working is bizarre, it doesn't feel right. IMO they should let the control up to the player, use whenever and wherever he/she wants to, or make the delay a bit smaller.RageGT wrote...

The medallion delay when trying to use it again is not a problem. It happens because its effect is still working. As soon as it wears off the medalion is ready for use. I only captured that to show the different behavior with sword sheated and in hand.
The delay in some n on combat actions does not bother me either. But it is weird that some actions have no delay at all. Seting, disarming and collecting traps, for instance, works instantaneously. I just find it werid that other actions don't.
Doors can only be really annoying in places like the mines under Vergen if there are some rotfiends right at the other side. My Geralt kept walking back and forth thru the door instead of atacking.. hehe

There is. If you look at the Wolf medallion in the top left corner of the screen, you can only use the medallion if the eyes are flashing yellow. When you use it, it no longer flashes and you'll have to yet for the eyes to flash yellow again.
I said it is like, I didn't say there wasn't.KnightofPhoenix wrote...

Well my brother finished with TW1 and he really really liked it. He is going to start TW2 soon. I can tell he is going to love it, he keeps watching its trailers over and over again.

Well he's not watching now. In general.
I didn't let him start with TW2. He had to play TW1 and before it DA2 so we can get it out of the way.
