I bought Witcher 2 on Steam which keeps track of the hours for me.

I still haven't completed a second run through the Witcher 2.  I keep delaying everytime new content is announced.

Vess is simply awesome...best fight in the arena, IMO.  I truly wish her character had been given more of a critical role.  I hope in a future installment of the Witcher it will be possible to have party NPCs and she will be one.

Remember that CDProjekt has said anything the console version gets will be patched into the PC version and vice versa. Well if Microsoft doesn't force them to sell it which I highly doubt.

I play it w/ a 360 controller as well, but I won't be buying the xbox version, even if I still had my console (which I sold to help fund a PC upgrade).

There is just no way TW 2 will look as good.

I played it with a 360 controller.  Felt like a perfect fit to me. 

Uh duh Gcal, how could a 360 possibly compete against an nVidia 570 HD SC, intel i7, 16 gigs of 1600 MHz DDR3 memory, on a solid state drive? 

TW2 was beautiful!!! 

Nothing against consoles though.  I have 2 360's that get their fair share of use.

CDPR has officially abandoned the piracy hunt. I thought it to be fickle behavior until I read their stance on SOPA. I don't think it's a coincidence. Now is not the time for invasive or draconian efforts against piracy, and they know it. Guys, it's time to start contacting your representatives. I normaly don't preach like this when it comes to politics, but SOPA would be a disaster.

i tried it out with 360 pad as well.

it did felt a bit like they designed the game with it in mind, but i don't know...

i returned right back to my key board and mouse, it's just feels a lot more confortable to me, even if a game was designed with pad in mind.

but that's just me.

However, i wonder if this is gonna something more like TW1's EE.

From what i read, The EE of TW1 added things like New Voice Acting, Animations, re coloring, new inventory, etc.(i wouldn't know, i didn't play the Regular Edition of TW1, it never worked for me).

The Link Doesn't say much, but it seems like this one will be more substantial,rather than improvements, with Mainly new Quests, and of course some Fixes.

Hopefully we'll see more soon

One of the Polish guys at RED site said CDPR needed to find an investor mid-development for TW2. I've no doubt the team struggled to get the whole game completed in time - it's not hard to see aspects of the game that feel unfinished. So I think the new content is stuff that could have been slated from the beginning to be included. From what I've read, we'll get:

-new inventory
-improved controls
-4 hrs of new content

Man Letho is awesome. The mage blowing up the body was awesome and only makes me wish I could play as Triss.
