I thought it was obvious that he swam. Probably took a potion to be able to hold his breath for a longer time.
And now that you mention it Slimgrin, yea they did remove the potion. Did people complain about it?
Yes, I did. The cut scene served no function imo. Who wants to sit through Geralt meditating every single time?
So they removed both meditation and potion drinking scenes? I didn't mind the latter, just the former.

Witcher 3 PC/XBOX360/PS3
That's great if true. I want the Witcher 3 sooner rather than later.

The news author jumped to the assumption that because he claims they said TW3 will be out for this generation of systems that means will be out next year. I guess he forgot that both PS3 and 360 will continue to exist after PS4/720 are out. As well as assuming that next year is when next gen come out.

Apparently there's no cut scene showing him take his meditation stance and drinking the potion. I admit it looked cool, but by the 50th time I didn't need to see it anymore.

Eh....
i kinda liked it, Personally, because it helped in the immersive aspect for me, like, you don't just enter a magical menu and then Magically Geralt has already drinked the potion without anyone seeing him.
But i'll admit that it did not needed to be so long(it took nearly 30 seconds to drink a single potion and then take a breath).

They could have gone back to the first game system, with the drinking animation, just not allowing it during combat. I also miss the animation when we used an oil or sharpener on the swords.
I'd be down with this. And show Geralt's face do that freaky vein thing during the intro for TW1.
Acording to this link, people who bought the game off GoG will get even more bonus content.

Pretty Much My Reaction
Hehe, Gotta Love CDPR.
However, i wonder if this is gonna something more like TW1's EE.
From what i read, The EE of TW1 added things like New Voice Acting, Animations, re coloring, new inventory, etc.(i wouldn't know, i didn't play the Regular Edition of TW1, it never worked for me).
The Link Doesn't say much, but it seems like this one will be more substantial, rather than improvements, with Mainly new Quests, and of course some Fixes.
Hopefully we'll see more soon
HA, i bet CDP was gonna release a lot of Patches, but then they were like "You Know What **** it, let's release an Enhanced Edition Again!:O"
One of the Polish guys at RED site said CDPR needed to find an investor mid-development for TW2. I've no doubt the team struggled to get the whole game completed in time - it's not hard to see aspects of the game that feel unfinished. So I think the new content is stuff that could have been slated from the beginning to be included. From what I've read, we'll get:
-new inventory
-improved controls
-4 hrs of new content
If this is any other developer, these things will be in a seperate DLC where you have to pay.

Should we expect more free goodies after the 360 version releases? Maybe Microsoft will make an exception.
They haven't said anything.
But, if they do actually make a PS3 version(like they said they would love to), then knowing CDP, they'll more than likely take the chance the polish(lol) the game even more.
It's becoming more and more clear that CDP is VALVe in RPG Dev form.

So every single edition of the 360 games are now collector's editions? That's pretty damn cool of them.
No. There is the Enhanced Edition and then the Dark Edition. The enhanced edition is just the regular version of the game. The Dark Edition is the pricey one.

EE = regular version of the game plus all the improvements made after latest patch for the PC, new scenes, perhaps new DLC, all included in the release retail of console and will be make available fully for the PC owners as downloadable content.
Dark Edition is equivalent to the Collector's Edition of the PC release, I guess. Lots of extra stuff not game related, if that's the right way to say it. Medallion, bust, art books, extra DVd with soundtrack, make of, this kind of stuff.
Is that right?
