anyone knows what it means doppler effect contest winners? Are those winners made into NPC in the game?
Yep, that's them.

I just bought "The Last Wish" on Kindle for iPhone today, and I hope to finish reading it before the release date. So far, it's excellent, although the story seems to overlap with the events of Witcher 1.

Hell i'd have happily coughed up cash for a game or dlc playing as old Vesemir, the solid Eskel, the sarcastic Lambert or even the doubt ridden Berengar.

I thought The last Wish was good. It's a fairly quick read and a good intro for the game.
I'm about halfway through The Last Wish - and it is an excellent read!
Provides a lot of subtext and motivation for the RP aspect when playing the game.

Hmm you better rush through the game then it comes out only 7 days prior to Witcher 2.

Hell yeah, my fave story is the bruxa/werebeast one. If you enjoy The Last Wish you should check out the Blood of Elves which begins the Geralt's Witcher saga.

All I can say is that TW II better have an awesome button, or I'm demanding a refund! I'll just fire up DA2 if that's the case, and play it. I've only had 8 play throughs, and I'm nowhere close to burning out on that game!

There is no debate in this. There is recognition of this, and there is ignorance of what The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is.

I think Skyrim was already a legend from the moment it was announced.
The Witcher 2 is the one that becomes a legend.
I will get back to you on this after May 17.

You know, he'll be still missing the Sword of Destiny part which introduces some critical characters like Ciri etc.. Not sure why the idiot translator decided to skip it.

Fix'd.
So sick of the community forced to fix their games.
