First review. Those expecting a long game (myself) are in for a bit of a shock. Everything else sounds good.

Shame I knew it was gonna be shorter but oh well. Hopefully CDProjekt decides to make big dlc like the GTA IV stories. Gladly buy that or better yet a full fledged expansion pack though I doubt if a console version is in the works an expac would come out for a long time.

I spent almost as much time on Arkham Asylum as the reviewer did on this game. I hope they just stuck to the main quest with a run time like that.

It will be shorter then first no doubt, but in one play you will only see a part of the game. Depending on your choices you will end up in a different place and will miss even a whole city. Wish they did that with ME instead of all the roads leading you through same environments.

I'll wait to see what other reviews say, but 24 hrs being a leisurely stroll through the game is disappointing, even if it is non-linear. With all the dialog that went into the game - and it was a lot - I can't imagine finishing in that amount of time.

I really hope the the person skipped the dialogue >.> Would suck the game being that short.

it is kinda strange since from what i've heard from our betatesters some were not able to finish the game even after 1 week so...it must have been strictly story walkthrough...and given the fact that they obviously had the preview version prologue and act 1 must took them considerable less amount of time than it should....

or it is a simple typo..and it should be 42 hours... since they did not mentioned it in cons and given the fact that they were dissapoinetd by petty things I doubt they would not pin pointed it out ...

Geez.. i'm not looking at wrong images am i? Geralt sleeping with a grandma? O.o .. Also is it true 24 hours just to complete the game? That is REAL disappointing!

The first game wasn't really much longer than 30 hours either, at least for me.

But 24 hours can't be right for an RPG.. It's just too short.. And they even mentioned 16 endings? I'm really confused.

Do you mean 1 ending = 24 hours and 16 ending = 16 x 24?

It's probably 24 hours for the main quest only. So, including sidequests it's probably 35-40 hours, the same as most RPGs

I'll wait either for clarification from CD Action or for comfirmation/rule out in other reviews or from devs at official forums before passing any judgement...

I'm not passing out any judgement.. I'm looking for clarifications. If 24 hours just for main storyline EXCLUDING sidequests then it shall be acceptable to me.
