Also I noticed there was a guide for playing cards in there. Is there a unique card game for TW2 or The Witcher universe? Kind of like there was dice poker?

Actually there is no full symphonic orchestra in TW2......
I wonder how they did it then, because it sure sounds like full orchestral music to me.
It's all sequenced using sound libraries like LA strings, Sam Horns, Storm drum etc...
In the last five years some very realistic sound libraries came out, so if done right it's not hard to sound like a "real" orchestra. In fact most of the time it's not a live orchestra playing. Having said that even the real orchestra you hear in film and games doesnt sound like a real orchestra as most instruments are recorded "in your face" and some are unrealistically loud rather then properly blending. But hey it's Hollywood.

Glad you like Dragon Age 2 and hope you continue having fun with the game. But why refuse to try witcher2? I hope it's not because if you are a bioware fanboy... SO you are not going to try other game beside Bioware game? Skyrim?

Ahh well, they still gave it a good score. Basically, I look at reviews in aggregate, and only to determine whether all the working parts are there so to speak, ie: nothing is seriously broken. So if you get a dozen reviews in the 90's, you know thats the case. The rest is subjective.

His PC isn't specced for it. And since its PC exclusive for a while, he wont be able to play it.

PC is pretty cheap nowadays and i think the PC requirement for Witcher2 wasn't really high though.

No no no I like Bioware but I am nowhere near being a fanboy (actually the only thing I 'fanboi' are cigarettes
Since I'm very fond of CDPRed I would love to play The Witcher 2. Maybe one day.

A pity for you then. Hopefully once you graduated and actually working perhaps you can buy a PC and actually enjoy other games. You don't have to buy Witcher 2 one day as it probably be overshadowed by newer state of the art games. Have fun playing your Dragon Age2.

LOL .. posted the link for your vids at GoG TW2 forum and someone linked this as "the missing soundtrack for part 2" . Appropriate, I'd say!
Cheers dude, and yes that is indeed so appropriate, I should have played that while I was opening it.

hey flintlock. How are the dice? Can we get a closeup of them and maybe a roll to see the quality. Thought they looked cool.

After reading your post I decided to make and upload a couple more videos showing them in particular. Never thought I would ever be posting stuff to YouTube myself.
Dice and Guide
A Look at the Cards
The dice seem pretty nice and come in a nice-looking bag though it is starting to look a little tatty already. The guide by Dandelion seems to be actually a set of instructions for playing games, but written 'in-character' and even has a section on cheating. Not had a chance to really read it through though, partly because the pages are quite stiff and I'm reluctant to bend them back or risk damaging it.

Cough your image in the refection, you are no longer anonymous. Internet has you. Muahaha

Lets be rational about this. A decent gaming rig is the equivalent of about 5000 ****s.
What would you rather have? Consider this carefully if you choose the PC you might get the usual boring health benefits, as an extra.
If that doesn't convince you, there are other options. Did you know that the total of your organs are worth about 45 mln USD? I mean who needs two kidneys anyway? Am I right?
(don't hold me to that figure, I mean you you are a smoker and all, not exactly a dream donor)
The bottom line is there is absolutely no reason for you to give up on the game
Edit: What the hell? why would you censure "****s". Has everyone gone insane?
2nd Edit: ok, I googled it out, its actually pretty funny. American english never fails to surprise me.
