How's the status of CDPR now? Are they still getting flamed? Have people calmed down? Has the game been released?
Has the game available to pirates already?

The flames have been mostly put out now. Activation problems are gone, Some dlc still don't work. People had trouble with playing the game due to ubersampling so they had to turn that off. Some complaints about the game but from what I've seen in the live feed there is no indication that they are real.
Also there is no crack for pirate version as of yet.

Exactly. If someone has problems with framerate on good computer, turning of ubersampling eliminates that problem. On E8400 and GTX260 it's working smoothly on ultra settings (but with ubersampling turned off). On minimum settings you can play with GF 8600 GTS
Is it running on your computer now?
Is there a high res texture pack?

Spoiler Warning! From a Polish owner maxed out screenshots
more via neoGAF
So it seems high-res textures are included by default.

Yes. Full spiecification is:
E8400 3.0GHz
Gigabyte GTX 260 OC Core 216 896 mb
Kingston 4 GB RAM 800 MHz
With full ultra settings and ubersampling turned on it's absolutely unplayable. After turning off ubersampling it's over 30 FPS. My friend has the same situation with his GTX 460 and i5 - unplayable with ubersampling, and...over 60FPS without it (ultra settings). You won't spot any difference between ubersampling turned off/on.

Thats an inexcusable oversight! How can a purported PC game not support 16:10?

Yeah, I and other others protested on international forums and they said they're going to patch it. Sometime.Carfax wrote...
Looking at the screenshots, it's true that the game doesn't support 16:10 aspect ratio then
