I know this is a little late but i was searching for the same thing reacently. There is no way to buy them as far as i know. I got them using youtube, then a converter (http://www.flv2mp3.com), it seems legit albeit all things like this are shifty, just scan it first. For lower Afterlife I used it seems decent quality. As for the others your guess is as good as mine
