I ordered a navy blue ME2 hoody on friday november 5th, already paid for, set it for 2 day shipping, and the order itself hasnt even processed and given me a tracking number yet. I made a trouble ticket on the bioware store page and that hasnt been looked at either for days. I paid for something that im not even getting and no ones responding. What should be done next? I cant find a number to call anyone about this. Thanks

Your order wouldn't have even been looked at until Monday in all likelihood, so it's only been three days. When you pay for 2 day shipping that doesn't mean it's going to arrive within two days of you placing your order, just that it will take 2 days once it has shipped. Just wait.

Typically with online orders when the money posts from being taken from your account the order ships by then. In this case suprisingly its still pending to even ship. Correct me if im wrong but usually when you order something online and you pay for 2 days shipping and the moneys taken from your account, it gets to you within that 2 days. If they are backed up they should at least reply to my email to let me know. Not cool to keep a customer waiting on something they paid good money for. Patience is no problem for me, just waiting for some communication from them, its been almost a week for a order i bought and paid for 2 days shipping.

Same thing with me dude. I got the black N7 hoody ordered on Monday w/ 2 day, and it's still sitting on Pending Fulfillment. If it's been that many orders/need to make more, that's fine, just would be nice to get some kind of notice about it.

The store works alittle differently than most online shops, when you place an order the funds are automatically removed. The pending fullfilment is their generic statement and will stay like that until it is actually shipped. Its the norm and doesn't mean that there is a problem. The store generally takes a couple days to ship an instock product, so like Tocquevillain said when the item ships it will be a 2 day service but it takes whatever time for them to actually ship it.
All you can do is try contacting them again or you can try private messaging Biowarestore Jedi but I wouldn't bother him until you've tried the contact again.

exactly, two day shipping, not two day handling + shipping for this particular store
