Hi guys,
Got the ultimate version and added the dlc and expansion codes onto my main profile from the retail version and everything works fine. But I started having problems now in the Awakening.
I was wondering if anyone else had problems with unending loading screens, especially in Awakening; during the transition into the dungeon for the quest "The Prisoner" outside the Throne Room in the Keep.
So far I can go anywhere else in the game and cannot understand why it gets stuck on trying to load this level.
Any help appreciated.

I am having this issue with ORIGINS trying to zone into Ostagar from Dwarf Commoner (Orzammar) AND Human Noble (Highever) origins. I do not own the Return to Ostagar DLC. I have no mods installed. Using a laptop with windows vista, 64bit support, dualcore intel, 4gb ram, 1gb nvidia 9800 gts, Steam says the game is up to date, verified integrity of game cache, downloaded all required windows updates. Last night I left it on the loading screen with beginner tip and the loading symbol spun with the music playing all night until I woke up the following morning, music still playing, loading symbol still spinning, same beginner tip, and mouse still responsive. Only recourse is to end program with task manager.
Any advice?

Yeah mine is doing the same thing. The loading screen is endless. The entire game was fine though and I already finished some of the other DLC campaigns along with DAO DLC's.
I started Awakening from the beginning 3 times but issue still occurs. My graphics card drivers are up to date.
My PC is:
The PC is Intel 2.4 ghz quad core,64bit Win 7 Professional, Nvidia GTX 260 896mb, Sound Blaster Audigy 2.0, 4 gig crucial ballistix ram.

Finally fixed it.
As suspected it was related to the game files. Everything was fine after defragging cache files and verifying integrity of game cache through the game's properties in Steam.
Both options are under Properties of DA Ultimate Edition on Steam Library.
