On 30 october I have purchased dragon age ultimate edition through the ea store. I got a confirmation with a serienumber and installed the game succesfully. Unfortunately I have no acces to the dlc content.

After browsing on the forums for hours I came to understand that these codes should have also been emailed to me. Well it didn't, it's not in my junkmail or anywhere to be found. Contacting easupport also failed as there is really no way to send an email somehow.

Please tell me how I can get acces to the codes.

This forum is for the physical product store Biowarestore.com and I think you would have better luck in the points.bioware.com forum.



Someone here may be able to let you know how to contact EA store for support though. There must be a way to do so.

EA doesn't work efficiently, too large. Maybe waiting for a bit will help. If not, you could try and see if you can get someone at the nearest EA branch to pass along a message. That probably won't work though, so I can't really help you much. Other then worthless ideas that make no sense, that is. Want some of those?
