Is there a way to show the runes effect in the character stats, like damage type and buffs?
How can I see the runes effect at the character screen?

On the stats page, any characteristic where the numbers are green are the ones affected by your runes or items that you are using. Your inventory page will allow you to see which items are having the effects. If you hover, for example, over a sword that has +4 fire damage from a rune, the description of the sword will include "4 fire damage".... and so on.
