Ok, I purchased the UE today on PS3 and my experience isn't going too well. First, I found that RTO isn't included and I don't know how to get it. I sent an email to EA requesting they send me my login details (because I forgot them) so I could get them to send it to me. Haven't heard back.

Tried to play some other missions while I wait and now my saves aren't working. A message pops up requesting the Collectors Edition. Why do I need that? I tried installing my old CE copy (which I've yet to trade) and then the new one again, but that didn't work. 

What am I doing wrong and are my saves ruined for good? I don't think I'll play again if I have to go through DAO all again. I've already done so twice.

Hope someone can help me.

I guess your saves aren't ruined - check "load game" section and press the square button for a list of all savegames. I just found this one out since my new DA Ultimate Edition re-installed all the game data and at first I was missing my good old characters as well

Yes, reichenhaller. That's true. It also happened to me - I thought I lost my all characters until I remembered the good old square button!

So I can confirm that this works

And as for the DLC - Return to Ostagar. I also had this problem as have many people. But I have a simple answer to solve this. Simply speak to one of EA's live agents. They fixed it for me right away and were most helpful.
