I sure would. I need more arms and hands. Imagine how much easier tasks would be with your very own extra set of hands.
If it became possible to modify your body in anyway using cybernetic implants, would you? And what would you get?
What Cybernetic Implant would you get?

Definitely a basic mind-machine interface, yes. (Even if it didn't come with speed-learning.)
What else? Something that let me jump tall buildings, I guess.

I'd totally get me some robot hands
So I can eat lunch while I'm driving

Heheh. Not an intravenous nutrition dispenser, then? Could take the *fun* out of eating while driving, but might not look as distracting elsewhere...

lol! But an intravenous dispenser would make me look fat. And I'd have to re-fill it with some form of food every now and then.. but it's a cool idea.. And having more hands is not only handy (hehehe) for eating while driving..

At the end of it I'll unnaturally pause until the sound of canned laughter goes away? Good point, that does sound awful.

Errr... that too, yes. I mainly just watch it to marvel at the wonder that is Sheldon Cooper, Ph. D.

I just thought of something... A device that filters your hearing whenever some annoying person talks to you. As in filter out his/her voice.

@Ciryx:
Arrrrgh. Would it come with an off switch? Otherwise, I foresee amusing complications.
@Weedy:
... a personal Ignore List! Awesome. (Mind you, an mp3 player and headphones can get you pretty far...)

A modified version of the already existent exoskeleton. Something however more practical, smaller and simply, that gives more flexibility.

Perfect eyesight.
Until then, I'll just continue to read and research on corrective strabismus surgery and Lasik. *wistful sigh*
