If it became possible to modify your body in anyway using cybernetic implants, would you? And what would you get?

lol! But an intravenous dispenser would make me look fat. And I'd have to re-fill it with some form of food every now and then.. but it's a cool idea.. And having more hands is not only handy (hehehe) for eating while driving..
