I am trying my best to get rid of the fluffy shoulder pads but it dose nto seem to work I can erase them but then my players shoulders are invisible any times on how I can work around this?

As far as I know, it's just a retexture of the same model. Now that there are decent model tools available, it would be practical to completely delete the feather/fluff polygons on the shoulders.
