On an interview some month ago with david gaider he said that there is a new race named the Fex and that they are living in par vollen.He didnt said anything more about the Fex, so we just know the name and were they live.

I think that they will look like animals and their character like the qunaris , but thats just my though...

What are you thinking ? (how will they look like?, how will be their characters?...)

Because if I off-handedly mention that they exist in a PAX chat where I'm being asked a lore question clearly the Fex have a CENTRAL AND VITAL ROLE IN DA2. OMG.

If you want some false hope, then technically Dave only said no to a Ustream chat where he answers questions about the lore. amirite?
