In seriousness I agree that it's probably lizardmen, but I just got done playing Neverwinter Nights 2 again, so I guess my mind is there right now.

I'm not a huge X-men fanatic or anything I just really like the design of Nightcrawler (and I'm still pissed he wasn't in X 3 that made the movie suck by itself). I think it could fit in with what a Fex could be as in a jungle dwelling, tree climbing, exotic race. They are human enough to not be considered a half animal race and they appear weak enough to make it plausible that the Qunari could overtake them, plus the pointed ears could hint at elven heritage to give the race more depth.
