Up until last night I could connect to the cerberus network just fine. Today I go get Dragon Age, find the code for the Blood Dragon armor inside and redeemed it, all fine until then. Then I turn on my 360, put ME2 in to download the armor, and it tells me I can't connect to Cerberus Network, but I AM connected to Xbox Live, and I can see the regular ME2 DLC just fine in the New Content Available area, but I just can't see the Cerberus Network only DLC. First I just tried pressing Y to make it try again, didn't work. Then I disconnected Xbox Live and connected back on, didn't work. Changed the clock back to 11/15/2005, didn't work. Cleared the cache, didn't work. And the problem is not with the EA servers because other games I have that connect to the EA servers too do so just fine. I think it has something to do with the code I redeemed, since the problem started just after I did that.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
Can't Connect to Cerberus Network, already tried the recommended "solutions"

Yeah somebody on another game forum just told me the same thing, I guess it's a problem with EA theen. I also
tried EA support chat just now, they told me to just wait and come back
later if I still can't connect. So we'll see I guess.

I'm having that problem now too, when my Cerberus Network worked fine a year ago, it now tells me to activate, but when I re-enter my code it says it's already in use. Anyone have any updates on how to fix this?

Just reinstalled today and can connect. and from the looks of this thread I might as well just uninstall it. Great wasted money on DLCs that can not be reloaded or replayed now. Good to know this going forward with ME3 EA/Bioware. Guess I'll just not get DLC next time around.

I had the same problem. i got the new xbox transfered licenses then discovered I couldn't access my save files because the dlc was corrupt. I redownloaded it but couldn't access the cerberus network to get zaeed, normandy and the firewalker. I was about to give up when I went to xboxlive.com and looked at all my dlc and tried redownloading it there and it finally worked. Perhaps you could try the same thing.
