Hard to believe as you have three icons for three games under your profile picture.

ME2 doesn't show up in 'My games' either, but I don't really see it as a problem. Perhaps there's little to do with it on the forum, unlike Dragon Age, which is why it doesn't crop up. *Shrugs shoulders*

yeah, i dont know if you are supposed to be able to see your character stats or not, if not then i understand why it isnt showing, so far ea support does not have a clue what i am talking about when i ask them.

Given that I hear even EA support sometimes directs people to these forums I am hardly surprised. (What are they paid to do?)

Hi, my name is Roddy. How may I help you?
phil : hi roddy, are you the one to talk to with questions about the social.bioware.com website?
Roddy: May I know your issue?
phil : I just had an inquiry about its features
phil : when i register a game like mass effect 2 for the xbox 360 to the website, should i be able to see my game characters and progress from the website?
Roddy: Yes you would be able to see your achievements and badges.
phil : even for xbox 360 games? and to clarify this is for the social.bioware.com website, correct?
Roddy: Yes.
phil : ok, well i have a problem then
phil : i registered my mass effect 2 game for xbox 360 three days ago and i am not able to see my character stats or achievements
phil thompson: basically, the only ways I know that the game is actually registered to when i go to the register games tab
phil thompson: and because i see the icon under my pic when i post comments
Roddy: When you will play the game, progress in your game and you get the achievements they will be updated there.
phil : i have been playing the game every day since registering it, and i don't even see an option to view my characters on the website
Roddy: Ok provide me your gamertag
phil : phittyp
Roddy: Please give me a moment while I check your account information.
phil : ok
Roddy: Thank you for being on hold.
Roddy: I am really sorry for my last reponse
phil : which one
Roddy: I discussed your issue with my supervisor and I am really sorry to inform you that you would not be able to see the achievements on social bioware site.
phil : i will not be able to see my character either?
Roddy: However, you can check it in your game.
Roddy: What you can see is that you can check your registration part.
phil : is there any website where i can check my characters or achievements then?
Roddy: No, you can just check it out in your game.
phil: so i would not be able to check my progress any way other than playing the game
phil : correst?
phil : correct?
Roddy: Yes.
Roddy: Correct
phil : ok, thank you for clearing that up for me
Roddy: Is there anything else I can help you with today?
phil : thats it thank you
Roddy: Thank you for your participation. Have a wonderful day.

'phil' disconnected ('Concluded by End-user').

Basically he is saying you have no way to view your character progress or achievements except by logging in to your xbox live account, for PC or PS3 users, I'd assume it is the same but I forgot to ask about that, sorry.

Well, apart from the guy being initially wrong he seemed OK for the most part. But I don't think much comes of ME2 on the forums though.

or even from this website entirely. it just does not make sense to me that they have a dedicated games tab for mass effect 2 so you can check patches, DLC, and be able to register promo codes and even the game, but you can not access your profiles. If you get DLC or register promo codes from this website, it is already able to connect to your xbox live account, so it would be a fairly simple fix to import your stats from xbox live to here, just like the dragon age series. I hope ea is reading this.
