I have set up my profile online according to directions. When in game I can log in with my email and password and it says I am logged in. When I click on the armor and then click redeem button it does nothing. The buy button does nothing. The profile button does nothing.
In fact when I first start the game up and you have the choice between Support, Website, Play, Options, etc... the Support and Website buttons don't work when you click on them.
Even on this website it shows my achievments but lists no characters. How can I have achievments but no characters? The screenshots are not showing up here either.
Anybody have a solution?

Achievements seem to be uploading and updating pretty quickly, but as for uploading character info and screenshots, those are, most definately, not uploading or updating correctly at all. I'm guessing that with the game being so new, the servers are just swamped with so much activity. I've seen a comment somewhere in these forums that BioWare are supposedly working on improving things, but as to when that will happen, that's anyone's guess.

I am having this same problem, not sure why. so did tiertwice manage to redeem the armor?
