I was wondering if you've all turned off auto-upload of screenshots on the online options? I haven't seen it mentioned and if you haven't all that's going to happen is everytime you delete your screenshots they'll just get regenerated if you're logged on.

Auto-upload is off. I even deleted all of the screenshots on my computer to be sure. Also, I wouldn't mind deleting them if they reappeared. The problem is that they don't. My manage screenshots page is blank.

"50 files allowed"? Didn't it used to be 100? I'm not really understanding why it's been reduced (especially with the year-old issue of undeletable orphaned files still not having been fixed), especially as it seems that few people have more than the tiniest fraction of their storage quota used up...

While I am sure there is a good reason *looks at Bioware* for not allowing a hundred files to fix our problem, it would sure be nice if some one explained the reason. I, personally, would feel less ignored if that were to happen.

No, this is only forum changes and security fixes. The phantom screenshot issue can't be fixed through website changes. But it's currently being worked on by another team and will likely be fixed next week.

While the so-called "Phantom" files may not be exactly part of the Web Site's main support/repair section, it's still about non-game playing matters, and IMO, still belongs in the Site Help discussions forum . .

DA2 imports any saved game file from DAO that you choose on your hard drive. The online social network does NOT include saved game data, just basic information about your character, and it has NOTHING to do with DA2.
