I need to contact customer service. I had a small issue with a transaction.

I recently bought the 'Lair of the Shadow Broker' and got it. However, when I went back, and tried to spend my other Bioware points on the Overlord pack, it brought me to the checkout for my Bioware points, saying that it was, indeed, the Overlord pack. However, when I proceeded with the Checkout, it said I had bought a second copy of the Lair of the Shadowbroker.

The question is, where do I take this complaint? I am looking for a customer service link, or something, but I cannot find one.

For future reference, this is actually the forum for the store that deals with physical merchandise (tshirts, posters, etc) - linky. As your transaction deals with points, I would forward you to the points forum...

...though the people on that forum will probably just tell you what i'm about to tell you - bioware points are directly related to EA, so since you're basically looking for a refund, I would contact EA support directly concerning this issue...
